You don’t need to prepare any paperwork. We take care of all required export documentation, including:
- Phytosanitary Certificate

Claims & DOA Policy
Plant loss is very rare due to our packing standards. In the unlikely event of an issue:
- Claims must be submitted within 72 hours after opening the package
- Resolution options:
- Up to 50% refund, or
- Reshipment (shipping cost covered by the buyer)
📸 Clear unboxing photos or a short video are required for verification.

Even after a few days stuck at customs in the winter, everything way so well packaged they all made it here healthy with only minor cosmetic damage on a couple of the more sensitive ones. Customer service was also great, they helped me sort things out when I accidently placed an order that needed an import permit, and sent care instructions/tips to help acclimate everything after shipping! This was my second time ordering from them and both experiences were great!
