Here is an explanation of the steps that must be followed for each order. Our goal is simple: we want to take full responsibility for the orders placed and ensure that this process is completed quickly, so your plants arrive safely and in healthy condition.

1. Ekspor Permit
We prioritize smooth and legal international shipping for all the plants we deliver. That’s why we handle all necessary documentation, including PTK Online submission, SIPMENTAN processing, and securing the Phytosanitary Certificate. This ensures your plants arrive safely and without delays in any destination country.

2. Lab Checking
Our lab check process ensures that every plant meets the highest export standards, confirming they are free from pests, diseases, mites, bacteria, and more. Inspections are conducted by the Agricultural, Fishery, and Animal Quarantine Agency. Upon completion, a lab check result is issued to determine the plant's eligibility for export. This process is a crucial requirement for obtaining the Phytosanitary Certificate.

3. Phytosanitary
The packed plants are brought to the Agricultural, Fishery, and Animal Quarantine Agency for a physical inspection. Here, it is verified whether the plants meet the requirements outlined in the Phytosanitary Certificate application. If everything complies, the Phytosanitary Certificate is officially issued, ensuring the plants are ready for export.

4. Shipped
The plant package has been dispatched from the courier and is now equipped with an AWB (Air Waybill) number for tracking. Rest assured, your plants are on their journey to you!

5. In Transit
The plant package is currently in transit, and we’re monitoring its journey every step of the way. If any urgent issues arise, we’ll promptly inform you and work to resolve them. Rest assured, your order is on the move, and we’re here to ensure a smooth delivery. We appreciate your standby and readiness as we complete this process together!

6. Delivered
We are delighted to inform you that your plant package has been successfully delivered to the destination. Please check the package upon arrival to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
