Before placing an order, please read and understand our Terms & Shipping Policy carefully.

1. General Information

  • Shipping live plants internationally involves inherent risks. Minor or major damage during transit is common and should be expected.

  • If you are unsure or not ready to accept these risks, we strongly advise you not to place an order.

  • Order cancellations cannot be processed after 3 days from the order date.


2. Shipping Options

A. Cargo Shipping (Recommended)

  • Available only for shipments to the USA.

  • Does not require an Import Permit or Green Label from the buyer.

  • Cargo shipments are dispatched twice per month.

  • Transit includes processing at our partner facilities in New Jersey or Miami for quality control and repacking.

  • Based on historical data, this option has the lowest risk of plant damage.

  • Final delivery within the USA is handled by USPS (Regular Service).

  • Customers may request an upgrade to Next Day Service with additional shipping costs (price depends on destination address).


B. DHL Express Shipping

  • Available for all destination countries worldwide.

  • Requires the buyer to prepare and provide:

    • Import Permit

    • Green Label (subject to destination country regulations)

  • This is a direct shipment from our greenhouse to your home address with no transit handling.

  • All import taxes, duties, and customs fees are determined by the courier and are fully the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for any issues related to these additional charges.


3. Phytosanitary Certificate

  • Every shipment includes a Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the Indonesian Agricultural Quarantine Authority (provided by us).

  • Prior to issuance, all plants undergo a laboratory inspection (Checklab) to ensure they are free from pests and diseases.

  • The inspection result (negative or positive) is determined solely by the quarantine authority and cannot be influenced by the seller.

  • A negative result is mandatory for certificate issuance.

  • The process typically takes 1–2 weeks.


4. Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is available for orders over USD 700.


5. Damaged Plants Policy

If your plants arrive damaged, please do not worry—we take responsibility.

Claim Requirements:

  • Clear photos and videos of the damaged plants are required.

  • Send the evidence to:

  • Claims are valid only if all requirements are fulfilled.

Resolution Options:

  1. Free Reshipment (Plant Cost Covered)

    • You only pay a USD 50 shipping fee.

    • This is our preferred solution, and we appreciate the opportunity to serve you again.

  2. Partial Refund

    • 50% refund of the plant value (excluding shipping and taxes).


6. Payment Disputes

  • Opening a case directly with PayPal will slow down the resolution process.

  • Please stay calm and contact us first.

  • We will respond as soon as your claim is submitted.


7. Additional Notes

Import Permit Required Countries:

Canada, Philippines, USA, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Dominican Republic, Ukraine, Cambodia, Israel, Zambia, and most African countries.

Import Permit Not Required (Examples):

United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Netherlands, France, Japan, Norway, Maldives, Poland, Slovenia, and most European and Middle Eastern countries.

Special Requirements:

  • UK shipments require an EORI or PICH number.

  • Mexico shipments must be under a company name.
