We ship to USA, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, Czechia, Ireland, Switzerland, Cyprus, Norway, Poland, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Singapore, Brunei, Philippines, Thailand and many other countries
How much is the shipping fee?
- Shipping fee to Asia is $40 constant without a minimum and limit on the number of plants.
- Shipping fee to USA dan Canada is $45 constant without a minimum and limit on the number of plants.
- Shipping fee to Europe is $60 constant without a minimum and limit on the number of plants.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for a minimum order of $500 for all countries
How long does it take to ship my order?
The submission process will take up to 3 weeks including the fulfillment process, lab checks and phytosanitary certificate production.
Do I need an import permit?
- For US, import permits and green/yellow label are required for any number plants.
- For Canada, import permit is required for the shipment.
- For UK, Poland, the Netherlands, and other EU countries, there will be no import permit, but there are other requirements required for the imports, please refer to “Terms and Conditions” for more information.
- For Singapore, Thailand, and other Asia countries, import permit is required for order more than 3 plants.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Direct Debit Payment.
You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We use USD for the currencies.
If your PayPal or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency you choose.
Do you offer installments?
No, we do not offer installments.
Orders and Returns
What if the plants are arrive in damaged?
You can send us a message to claim the damages through our email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I get a refund?
If there are permanent damages, we can offer you a refund, please prepare the proof of damages to claim the refund.
Refunds for the damaged plants are 70% of the damages, phytosanitary certificate, shipping fee, and other taxes are excluded from the calculation.
Are the resend free?
There will be a resend fee for $45, if you are not up to the requirements, please kindly contact us and we can arrange it accordingly.
Is there any discount or store credits if my plants arrived damaged?
Yes, we can offer you a discount or store credits if you are planning to make another purchase in the future, however, it cannot be combined with the refund/resend options.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you can.

Do you offer a customer program?
We have created a returning customer’s program to thank our customers for staying loyal to our store but still under construction.

Yes, you can, please list the ones you want to add/remove and wait for our admin to follow up with your request. You can also contact us through email@example.com
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellation can only be processed until 3 days after purchasing, please state your reasons and we will proceed with the cancellation.
