Where do you ship to?
We ship plants worldwide (subject to the import regulations of each destination country).
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination country:
- Cargo (USA only): $55
- DHL Express (USA & other countries): $65
- Other countries (Mexico & Chile): $165
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping for orders above $700.
How long does the shipping process take?
Both Cargo and DHL Express shipments take approximately 2–3 weeks, including order fulfillment, laboratory inspection, and the issuance of phytosanitary certificates.
Do I need an import permit?
Cargo shipments: Import permit is not required.
DHL Express shipments: Import permit requirements depend on the destination country.

Payment Information
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments via PayPal and Direct Debit Payment. Payment methods can be selected during checkout.
What currency is used?
All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollar). If your PayPal or debit card uses another currency, conversion rates will follow your bank’s policy.
Do you offer installment payments?
No, installment payments are not available.
Orders and Returns
What if my plant arrives damaged?
If your plant arrives damaged, please do not worry—we will take responsibility.
Prepare clear photo and video evidence of the damaged plant and send it to our WhatsApp Customer Service +62 858-2132-5607 or email support@greenspaces.id.
Damage claims are valid only if all required evidence and conditions are met.
Can I get a refund if the plant is damaged?
Yes. We offer a 50% refund of the damaged plant’s value. Shipping fees and taxes are not included in the refund calculation.
Do you offer reshipment for damaged plants?
Yes. We provide free replacement for the damaged plant, however you will need to pay 50% of the shipping cost.
Is there a discount if the plant is damaged?
Yes. We can offer a discount for your next purchase.
This option cannot be combined with a refund or reshipment.
Can I modify my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not entered the laboratory inspection (Checklab) process at the Indonesian Agricultural Quarantine Office.

Yes, we have a physical store.

We are located in Lembang, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia (40391).
Are there any promotions available?
Yes. We offer various promotions such as percentage discounts, Buy 1 Get 1, free plants, free shipping, product flash sales, and more.
Can I add or remove plants from my order?
Yes. Please send the list of plants you wish to add or remove via WhatsApp or email, and our Customer Service team will assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellation can be processed within 3 days after placing the order. Please include the reason for cancellation.
