100% Responsibility: If the damage is caused by our error, we take full responsibility.

In Cases of International Shipping Damage:
a. Resend: A one-time resend of damaged plants is available, with shipping costs covered by the customer. Future damages will not be our responsibility.
b. Partial Refund: Up to 70% of the order value can be refunded, excluding costs for the Phytosanitary Certificate and shipping fees.
