4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Full payment must be completed before an order is processed
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud

5. Orders & Processing

Once an order has been placed and confirmed:

Orders are considered final. Cancellations cannot be processed after 3 days from the order date and must include a clear and valid reason.
Plant preparation and export documentation will begin promptly
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before checkout

6. Shipping & Delivery

Greenspaces.id is not responsible for:

Delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier services
Import restrictions or permit requirements in the destination country
Taxes, customs duties, or additional inspection fees

7. Refunds & Claims

All sales are final. Claims must follow the specified procedures and deadlines outlined in the policy.

8. Import Responsibility

The buyer is fully responsible for:

Ensuring live plants are permitted to enter their country
Obtaining any required import permits
Understanding and complying with local regulations

No refunds will be issued for shipments rejected, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

Greenspaces.id shall not be liable for:

Loss or damage to plants caused by factors beyond our control
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Issues arising after delivery due to improper care or environmental conditions

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.
