Claims & DOA Policy
Plant loss is very rare due to our packing standards. In the unlikely event of an issue:
- Claims must be submitted within 72 hours after opening the package

- Watering: Water only when the top layer of the growing medium feels slightly dry. Good drainage is essential.
- Moisture & Air: Philodendrons prefer slightly humid environments (about 55–75%). Occasional misting is beneficial.
- Temperature Comfort: Keep in a warm environment between 21–29°C. Protect from cold drafts and temperatures under 17°C.
- Settling Period: Give the plant 7–12 days to adapt before repotting or making significant changes.
